တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသားပိုင် Tianjin fashion milestone မှာ ဗျ။ မန်နေဂျာကဉပဒေမဲ့ အလုပ်တာ တွေရှိလာတယ်ဗျ အလုပ်ထုတ်တော့လည်း ဘာကြောင့် အလုပ်ထုတ်တယ် ဆိုတာလည်း အဖြေမရှိဘူး ။

Inside the Chinese national owned TIANJIN FASHION MILESTONE garment factory, the manager is firing workers unlawfully, without giving any reasoning.
If a senior worker wants to take an earned leave due to some issues or personal affairs, they won’t get it. The manager says, ‘you will get an experience bonus but not earned leave.’
There is no proper water supply in toilets. We even have hard times going to toilets. We reported these problems to the Workplace Coordinating Committees (WCC). They reply that it is being reviewed by the office but, in reality, nothing has changed since. It’s so hot in the factory as they do not repair the broken cooling curtains. We also reported this to the WCC, yet no sign of action.
Chinese officers yell at the workers and kick textile boxes. ‘All Supers and and Supers’( foremen and supervisors) use rude words, cursing and swearing at workers.
We have a WCC in our factory, but they are useless since they do not care about others. They do not carry out factory-wide checkups and that is the reason why foremen and supervisors are being rude to the workers. We are not sure whether the office or the WCC is not taking actions but we are sure that there is not an actual improvement in the workplace conditions.
We’ve also asked WCC to negotiate on overtime shifts which went nowhere. We again, requested through WCC to provide us with fans within the workplace since it is awfully hot. However, not only do they still not provide us with fans but also haven’t repaired the already existing longtime broken fans and cooling curtains.
Workers are facing difficulties even sending remittances back home. The manager does not take responsibility. He said he would carry out this process only when the WCC insurance agent is involved. In spite of that, when we took our remittances to the WCC, they, too, refused to take responsibility and told us they can’t do anything if the office doesn’t accept the remittances.
The factory management sends the workload from labour unit (2) to unit (1) without any prior notice. Even the WCC doesn't know that is happening.
We sincerely request the government authorities to come and access the situations of our factory as soon as possible.”
Many workers are suffering from such lawless violations in the Chinese national owned TIANJIN FASHION MILESTONE garment factory located in Seikkanthar Road, Shwe Lin Ban Industrial Zone, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
