I respectfully wish to request action regarding violations of workers’ rights at the Wonderful Apparel garment factory located in Myaungtaga Industrial Zone, Hmawbi Township.

1. Working hours – From 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily. On Saturdays, work continues until 6:30 p.m.
2. Break time – Only 30 minutes of rest is provided for the entire day.
3. Weekly rest days – There are plans to call workers to work even on Sundays, with no weekly rest day.
4. Child labour – Child workers are employed, and their health is also being affected.

If we do not work overtime, we are afraid of losing our jobs, so we are forced to work overtime without consent. We would like overtime work to be reduced.

We respectfully request that this matter be effectively investigated and assisted. Thank you very much.
