The worker said that the perpetratorswho is sexually harassing is the technical expert who manage from line no.6 to 10, according to the worker. There are 4 Chinese men and 2 women working as technical experts in Myanmar Dongxin garment factory.
The factory manufactures TIGORA, VOYAGER, WindCore, CAMP 7, LCW VISION and LC WAIKIKI and the Chinese man brand representative of LCW VISION and LC WAIKKI also works at the factory.
“The brand representative man told the supervisors to introduce him to female seamstresses. Female workers who were introduced are embarrassed and I wonder the people who introduce him. There are some workers who resigned because of that,” said a worker.
A member of the labor federation said that Chinese men's disdainful treatment of Burmese women in factories is not only sexual but also psychological.
“They are assaulting not only sexually but also psychologically. Those victims lost their mental security. They would feel insecure, fear and embarrassment in the workplace and will keep herself away from her colleges and it can even force them to resign or suicide,” said a member of a labor federation.
If no action is taken against these sexual harassments, the worst things would happen to the female workers in Myanmar, said the female member of a Labor Aid team. "It is necessary to take effective action on such matters. Both the perpetrators and those involved deserve the same punishment," he said.

The factory force the workers to work all night and all light overtimes but the workers have no chance to refuse due to the political circumstances and lack of employment.
