The workers are not told how much ticket fee they would got per fabric point and can’t ask about it too.

“Those who sew big points are paid lesser than those sew smaller ones. The supers give more to the workers who are comfortable with them. The supers give them the fabrics their sewing and they divide the salaries,” said a worker.

The ticket system should be transparent to the workers but the RAINBOWTEC MYANMAR garment factory officials do not follow it and exploiting the workers.

The workers have to sign a warning when they sew a qualitied failed fabric although they are carefully trying their best to manufacture qualified fabrics.

They are not able to enjoy the full 30 minutes of dining time as the supers force them to finish quickly. In addition of seamstress works, the workers are being exploited by being assigned to do janitorial work only after the working hours (18:30)
