North Shore garment factory all Super physically abusing the workers

 The workers said that if they are forbitten to work overtime the next days if they miss a day of it and the all Super is physically assaulting the workers.

North Shore Myanmar Garment Factory in locates in Pathein, Irrawaddy Division and it is known that the all-super Daw May Oo Khin is physically assaulting the workers, and the victims were assaulted have resigned from their jobs.

The factory is owned by a Chinese citizen, has a work force of 600 workers and manufacturing VAUDE and Schoffel brands. 

“The all super Daw Khin May Oo treats rudely to the workers and physically abuses such as throwing with cloths or whatever she sees. She also discriminates the seamstresses and make them janitoring once an hour. She scolds us if we don’t finish the cloths on time and she forced to female workers to mover the machines. Forces us to work overtime although we don’t have desire or even if we were sick. Forbids to work overtime if we miss a day,” said a labour.

Today, on October 19th, she physically assaulted a young female worker in the workplace, and cause her to resign in embarrassment.

 "She hit the female worker as she complained her during the instruction of sewing a new point. She aimed the head and hit the chest with bare hand. The workers’ willingness is to take action upon sewing and physically abusing like this," a worker said.

It is said that despite receiving benefits such as leave in the workplace, the workers were humiliated and had to quit their jobs because they were physically assaulted by the super woman's swearing and throwing objects.

The workers said that they would like to demand that action be taken against the continued violations of human rights in the workplace as there aren’t any resolvent for them.
