I would like to request assistance regarding an issue at the Max Technology factory (Shwepyithar earphone factory), located near the YBS 74 bus stop.

The factory’s sewage tank has been overflowing for at least four to five days. Workers who need to use the toilets are facing serious inconvenience and difficulty.

The stench is extremely strong. The affected area is very close to where we eat our meals. When workers try to have lunch, the smell makes it unbearable.

This situation is also affecting our health. More than 1,000 male and female workers are suffering because of these conditions.

We respectfully request that this matter be reported, as action is usually taken only after news coverage. We urgently ask for help so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Myo
