“The all supers and supers told that those who don’t work overtime will be fined for a month. It is difficult for us. We can’t live comfortable only with the salary. It would be convenient only if we work 2 hours of overtime for a week. Not working overtime at all will make us struggle. So that, we have no choice but to do,” said the workers.

Salary is issued twice a month with half amount per once and the overtime wages beyond 18:30 are given at the end of the month. The wages other two hours of overtime is given after the next 5 days.
