We are seamstresses from PK Myanmar (Bago) Garment factory. PK Myanmar manufacture LL Bean brand bags. Our difficulty is the factory calls overtime continuously until there is no day off.

We have to work continuously since the last Sunday until Today.

The production leader Kyawt Kyawt Khaing is forcing more than 400 workers to work overtime on tomorrow which is a public holiday due to Eid for LL Bean bags.

She didn’t even inform the HR manager. She said that the GM Mr. Kim have approved so we have to work overtime mandatorily.

We get paid fully wages but we do want day offs. Kyawt Kyawt Khaing is forcing us every to work overtime. She raise the salary of workers who are convenient with her and pressures those who aren’t.

She intimidate the workers who don’t obey her by saying “I will call the military to arrest you. You wouldn’t even get out of Bago.”

The GM Mr. Kim ignored Kyawt Kyawt Khaing’s actions and approved to force workers every day.

We would like to get help for our difficulty.
